After you have successfully installed the Toyota Mongoose Driver, plug OBD2Tuning Toyota Mongoose VCI Cable into a USB port. Windows may attempt to install a generic Windows driver, but the only compatible driver is the Toyota Mongoose driver that was installed prior. On the Techstream Main Menu, click “Connect to Vehicle”.

How to install Mongoose MFC Toyota Techstream J2534 Software:
1. Insert the Toyota Techstream DVD provided to begin installation of the software.
2. Install OBD2Tuning 'Toyota+Techstream+V8.11.006 (6.2013) '
3. After the installation is complete, pls config the setting
4. Run “Techstream” from the desktop icon.
Select the area as “Europe”
Select your preferred language
Fill in the required registration information. Entering any information here is ok
6. Install the “Mongoose Techstream Driver for Toyota”. This will install the necessary drivers needed for the Toyota Mongoose OBD2 Cable to communicate with Techstream and this is done before you have plugged in your Toyota Mongoose Techstream Cable.
7. After you have successfully installed the Toyota Mongoose Driver, plug OBD2Tuning Toyota Mongoose VCI Cable into a USB port. Windows may attempt to install a generic Windows driver, but the only compatible driver is the Toyota Mongoose driver that was installed prior.
8. On the Techstream Main Menu, click “Connect to Vehicle”. This will establish a connection to your vehicle, which may take a few moments. You can now proceed to select your Vehicle Information and begin using the software.

PC with the following Operating Systems: Windows XP (32 bit/64bit), Windows 7 (32 bit)
NOTE: NOT Compatible with Windows 7 64 bit and Windows 8. Why? The MVCI Driver won’t install in these operating systems
Possible Solution: If you’re using Windows 7 64bit or Windows 8, an alternative would be to use a VM (Virtual Machine) application that is running Win XP/Win 7 32bit and install the Mongoose Toyota Techstream within the VM
