Luckily, there are other options on the market for smaller dogs and, hopefully, TBI Pro will come out with a more compact version soon.
Sensitivity Issues in Public
Several testers had issues with the sensitivity of the sensor. Even when on the lowest level, the collar would go off in response to another dog barking in the vicinity.
This means your dog could be shocked when they aren’t doing anything wrong. That completely defeats the purpose of the bark collar training method.
It’s best to keep the sensitivity low in public or social environments however, this can also go against your dog’s training progress. If you think this will be a problem for your pup, it’s worth considering before you make a purchase.

After going over all the positives and negatives, we do recommend the TBI Pro Rechargeable Bark Collar.
